Which grade is right for your formulation?
All four grades are cold-pressed at 18 °C from hand-cracked Moroccan argan kernels and certified organic under ECOCERT EU 2018/848 and USDA NOP. Your choice depends on odour tolerance, application type and target price point.
First cold-press at 18 °C. Full nutty aroma, deep golden colour. Maximum retention of tocopherols, polyphenols and squalene. The benchmark grade for premium face serums and treatment products.
Cold-pressed, lightly filtered. Mild characteristic aroma, clear golden colour. Balanced fatty acid and tocopherol profile. Excellent versatility for a wide range of cosmetic formulations.
Extra virgin base, deodorized by organic active carbon filtration — no steam, no chemical treatment. Neutral odour profile with preserved fatty acid integrity. Preferred by formulators working with fragrance-sensitive products.
Virgin base, deodorized via organic active carbon filtration. Cost-effective entry point for large-volume applications requiring a neutral carrier. Meets full organic certification requirements.

Fatty acid profile
Argan oil's cosmetic performance is anchored by an unusually high linoleic acid content — rare among luxury oils — combined with oleic acid for penetration and moisture retention. Minor components including squalene and tocopherols support antioxidant positioning. Full GC fatty acid profile and measured values are included in the COA and TDS per lot.
Also present: linolenic acid (Omega-3, <0.5%), schottenol and spinasterol (sterols unique to argan oil), squalene and tocopherols/vitamin E. Full GC fatty acid profile available in COA.

From argan forest to your warehouse
Purificados sources exclusively from the UNESCO Biosphere argan forest of southwestern Morocco — the only region where Argania Spinosa grows naturally. Wild-harvested argan fruit is processed at our ECOCERT-certified facility in the Souss-Massa region.
The Berber kernel preparation: Argan nuts are cracked open by hand using smooth stones — a traditional Berber technique performed by local cooperative women. This labour-intensive step separates genuine argan oil from lower-grade substitutes, and is a key reason the oil commands its market value. Our supply chain uses exclusively hand-cracked kernel preparation, preserving the integrity of the raw material from the first step.
Ultra-cold pressing at 18 °C over a 12-hour kernel-to-oil process maximises tocopherol and squalene retention. Deodorized grades use organic active carbon filtration — no steam, no solvents — preserving the full fatty acid profile while neutralising odour. Every lot ships with a COA tied to its unique batch ID and retained counter-sample.
